This strategy partners with the MSAVHCC Foundation to raise funds for yearly scholarships to Hispanic students already in a training that leads to an entrepreneur or business career.

This strategy will also strive to provide funding for technical college training to individual business owners to improve the knowledge, skills and experience requirements needed to increase the earning potential of their enterprise or key employees.
